This feature helps you create
an e-mail reply form. It creates a web page with your
various questions. The answers are then returned to you via
e-mail. This is something, which can be difficult to create in HTML but is
quite easy with the use of Caravel.
Caravel let's you easily create an e-mail feedback form. Here's how:
1. From the Add Block Menu on the Edit Column/Header/Footer bar, choose Add Feature.
2. Choose E-mail Feedback Form. The following block will appear:
3. Enter appropriate information into the following fields:
Destination E-mail Address: This is where you want the form data sent.
E-mail Subject: This text will appear at the top of the form. For
example: for a feedback form, you might enter 'Tell Us What You Think'
Caption: This text will appear to the left of the form field
Submit Button Title: This text will appear in the Submit button. Send or Submit would be customary.
Thank You Message: This text will appear above the form after the user successfully submits the form.
4. You can add additional fields by clicking on the Add Field
button. For each field you enter a caption, select the field type (Text
or Text Area), and check the required checkbox if the field must be
filled out.
